This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Christian based charity Guildford Town Centre Chaplaincy (GTCC), established in 2008.
You will be part of a small staff team working with lots of fantastic volunteers and the public. The person appointed will take responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the Street Angels, including the recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers. They will be well organised, with good IT and interpersonal skills.
There is a genuine occupational requirement that the successful candidate is a Christian. GTCC is committed to safeguarding and we expect all of our staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to enhanced DBS clearance.
Workplace: Christchurch, 23 Waterden Road, Guildford, GU1 2AZ
Hours: Flexible/ some unsociable hours, 24 hours per week, days subject to mutual agreement
Salary: £16,480 per annum
