Lunar New Year is spectacular, loud, and for many cultures across Asia the most important festival of the year. The festival begins on the first day of the first lunar month in the calendar and ends with the 'Lantern Festival' on the 15th day. The date of Lunar New Year differs every year. In 2024 it occurs on 10 February.
The Royal Museum Greenwich has a very interesting webpage full of history, facts, videos and resources.
Throughout Lent we are sharing daily email reflections that explore the theme of Unbounded Love.
Sign up to receive these each day, beginning on Wednesday 14 February and discover a rhythm of reflection over Lent. You'll also be signed up to future reflection series.
