Addlestone - Informal Services

Home » News » Addlestone - Informal Services

The folk at Addlestone have been working hard and since November 2021 have begun holding informal services twice a month in the hope that they will be of help to visitors, particularly non-regular churchgoers, and especially those who have serious concerns for themselves or others.

The message has not changed but it is presented in a way more suited to today's society, today's circumstances and especially to those with serious concerns. Whenever appropriate the hymns that are sung are uplifting, praising our God, with music that can be a joy to sing and words that can inspire.

The details of the service and the hymn videos are displayed on a screen at the front of the church. It is hoped that all who attend the services will feel comfortable and at ease.

Everyone who attends receives a warm welcome and refreshments are served after the service, where people can chat, ask questions or express any concerns they may have.

For more details check Addlestone's website or the noticeboard outside the church
